Join us on Thursday April 24th at 2 pm in the classroom of the Arkell Museum and Canajoharie Library as we partner with the Alzheimer’s Association of New York to present Understanding Alzheimer’s and Dementia. During this 45 minute presentation you will learn how to effectively communicate to those with Alzheimer’s as their ability to speak and recall becomes increasingly difficult.
This program will be presented in the classroom of the Arkell Museum and Canajoharie Library by Meagan DeMento of the Alzheimer’s Association. This is a free event for all ages.
Visit the classroom between April 15-19th for an all day, drop-in, LEGO Building contest.
All entries will be displayed in the adult fiction section of the Library from April 22– 27th for voting in person and on Facebook.
The winner will receive a prize!
