Princess Hat Making

Join us in the Classroom of the Arkell Museum and Canajoharie Library on June 21st at 2 pm for princess hat making. We will be crafting those tall pointy princess hats that are so popular right now. We have all the supplies and all you need is your creativity.

This program is for kids and teens. Young kids will need assistance from parents.

Empire Wild in Concert

Join us in the Great Hall of the Arkell Museum & Canajoharie Library on June 21st at 7 pm for an evening of music with Empire Wild!
Empire Wild is a dynamic genre-bending crossover trio featuring Juilliard-trained classical musicians embodying the group’s shared love of musical exploration, fusing the sounds of pop, folk, Broadway, and more into their songwriting and composition. This upbeat talented group features cellists Ken Kubota and Mitch Lyon.

Doors open at 6:30 pm, and the performance begins at 7:00 pm.

Genealogy Meet Up

Join us on June 18 at 2 pm in the classroom of the Arkell Museum and Canajoharie Library for a genealogy meet-up. This is an informal gathering for those working on genealogy and family history research where people can share ideas, resources and get questions answered. It is also a space for those just starting out that need advice and assistance. All are welcome. Bring a laptop or tablet if you have one. If not, there are a few laptops that can be borrowed.

This is a free program for adults.
