Elizabeth Hearn Gleich Lecture

Join us October 5, 2024, at 3 pm in the Great Hall for the Arkell Museum's third annual Elizabeth Hearn Gleich lecture, The Night Watch: From Canvas to Clothing, presented by noted textile historian and weaver Rabbit Goody.

Rabbit Goody will discuss the Arkell Museum's scale copy of The Night Watch, and will talk about the actual canvases used by Rembrandt van Rijn for his work and the gorgeous textiles depicted in The Night Watch.

Lecture: 3pm - 4pm

All are welcome to this free event. Arkell Museum admission will also be free to all visitors on October 5th.

Caroga Arts Ensemble will be back in person for a wonderful performance in our Great Hall!
We are thrilled to invite everyone to come out and enjoy this live concert.
The performance will feature a mix of Caroga Arts musicians playing a variety of classical, contemporary, and experimental music!
