The Arts Factory of Montgomery County invites the public to a free reception to "Meet the Artists" exhibiting in the Arts Factory of Montgomery County Invitational, an exhibition of fine art by regional artists.

Hosted by the Regional Art Galleries of the Arkell Museum and Canajoharie Library, artwork in oils, watercolor, pastel, and ceramics will be on display Friday, August 25th through Wednesday, October 18th. Admission to the Invitational is free, Museum admission is free for members and children under 11.

Harvest Feast, Saturday, October 5 at 6:00 pm. Enjoy the Museum galleries and a bounty of food prepared by the Chefs’ Consortium, a group of New York chefs dedicated to promoting locally grown farm-fresh food. Chefs will be serving appetizers, salads, soups, main courses, and desserts from stations in our Great Hall. Beverages include local beer, sweet cider, and wine. Are you a new parent, grandparent, or caregiver looking for conversations with other adults? Join us on the second Friday of each month with babe-in-arms for a guided gallery chat through our exhibits!

The Grown-Up Gallery Chat is included free with admission to the Arkell Museum. Admission is free for museum members, $9.00 for adults, and $6.50 for students and seniors. A family membership, covering one year, is $85.00.
