A Musical Art Exhibition presented by Arkell Museum and Caroga Arts

Arkell Museum is delighted to present a virtual performance in collaboration with Caroga Arts!
This special virtual event will feature Arkell Museum's permanent Winslow Homer art collection set to the music of Edvard Grieg's Holberg Suite, Op. 40
Caroga Artists will perform the music along with the artwork creating a dynamic musical and art exhibition.

Caroga Arts Ensemble is comprised of top professional musicians from around the country who have performed at the Caroga Lake Music Festival. Performers include top competition prizewinners, School of Music faculty and members of America’s leading orchestras and chamber groups.

The mission of the Arkell Museum at Canajoharie and the Canajoharie Library is to promote and celebrate the understanding and enjoyment of the arts and humanities in Canajoharie, the Mohawk Valley, and beyond. The Arkell Museum collects, preserves, researches and presents American Art and Mohawk Valley History, and promotes active participation in art and history related activities, to enhance knowledge, appreciation and personal exploration by all.
